He is ranked alongside other prominent Muslim leaders such as King Abdullah II of Jordan, President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia, and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey.
Prabowo’s close relationship with these influential leaders was demonstrated when they promptly congratulated him after his victory in the 2024 Indonesian presidential election, highlighting their strong diplomatic ties.
