Prabowo Encourages Indonesian Children in Jeddah to Study Well

During his official visit to Saudi Arabia on July 1, 2025, President Prabowo Subianto received a warm welcome from Indonesian elementary school children residing in Jeddah. The kids greeted the President with enthusiasm, waving flags and chanting, “Welcome, Mr. President!” What started as a formal reception soon turned into a heartwarming and joyous event as President Prabowo engaged with the children, smiling and posing for photos. One student, Arsad Hanfana Al-Syarabi, proudly introduced himself, revealing that his parents worked at the Indonesian Embassy in Jeddah. Before continuing his visit, President Prabowo took a moment to encourage the children to excel in their studies.

The encounter also touched members of the Indonesian community in Jeddah, like Hanif Hasanuddin from the Muhammadiyah Special Branch (PCIM). Hanif expressed gratitude for the President’s visit and shared his hopes for Indonesia’s future. President Prabowo was accompanied by several high-ranking Indonesian officials during the visit, strengthening ties with the Indonesian community abroad.
