Annual Session of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR/DPR/DPD) was a success as attendees gave a standing ovation after a video showcasing President Prabowo Subianto’s achievements was played at the Nusantara Building in Jakarta. The video, lasting eight minutes, highlighted the priority programs that Prabowo’s administration successfully implemented during his 10 months in office since October 2024. The audience was deeply moved by testimonials from the public expressing their support for initiatives like the Free Nutritious Meals program and the People’s School. House Speaker Puan Maharani then invited Prabowo to deliver his State Address, where he respectfully bowed to members of the MPR and guests before beginning his speech for the 2025 Annual Session. Prabowo will continue to present his remarks this afternoon, including an explanation of the Draft State Budget for Fiscal Year 2026, along with the accompanying Financial Note and supporting documents.
