The 80th Independence Day celebration of Indonesia at the National Monument (Monas) in Jakarta was a lively event filled with cultural parades that brought together citizens from different regions towards the State Palace. Among the joyous festivities, heartfelt prayers and hopes were expressed for President Prabowo Subianto and the future of the nation.
A resident named Aryati from Karanganyar Subdistrict, Sawah Besar District, expressed her gratitude for being part of the parade. She eagerly shared her excitement about participating in the event and her hopes for Indonesia’s progress and prosperity. Aryati also extended her prayers for President Prabowo’s health and for peace, prosperity, and harmony for all Indonesian citizens.
Another participant echoed Aryati’s sentiments about national unity and positive changes that benefit the people of Indonesia. She emphasized the importance of avoiding conflicts between ethnic groups and religions while expressing her wishes for a peaceful and prosperous future for the country.
Satim, a resident of Kampung Rawa, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta, also expressed his happiness and pride in joining the celebration. He hoped for greater success, progress, prosperity, and welfare for Indonesia, along with stronger leadership that serves and protects the people.
